The Saturnalian publishes flash fiction once a week.
The Saturnalian -- as the name suggests -- celebrates flash fiction. We love flash fiction and we want to help you share your work with the world. We want flashes with energy, vitality, spirit . . . we want the absurd, the mundane, the insane, the droll; whatever the content, we want flashes that celebrate the form to excess.
We don't want to limit you too much, but we do prefer work under 500 words. This is not a strict rule however, and exceptions can be made.
To submit your work to The Saturnalian email us at editor@thesaturnalian.com. Post your work directly into the body of the email -- no attachments please. Multiple submissions and reprints accepted. Include a brief bio with your work.
